To celebrate the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Institut finlandais is exploring the theme of togetherness through its Ensemble ! programme from 26 April to 14 September 2024.
Togetherness is all about transcending boundaries, cooperating and learning from each other. Like sports, art has the power to bring us together. We have invited creative people from different fields to interpret this theme and work with us to create a festive and joyful programme!
Ensemble ! kicks off on 26 April with the opening of the exhibition All the Colours of the World, featuring never-before-seen works by Finnish painter Nanna Susi, in collaboration with curator Krista Mikkola. At the same time, we will be showcasing a collection of design and crafts presented in collaboration with Katja Hagelstam from Lokal Gallery.
There is more to come: Finnish cinema, street dance, music and gastronomy events… There will be something for everyone!
