Café Maa’s chef Alexandra Marschan-Claude shares her delicious chocolate cake recipe. It’s the perfect treat for the winter season! If you are not into baking, you are welcome to try this chocolate cake at our Café Maa.

 

What you will need :

  • 300g sugar
  • 150 flour
  • 1 tsp fleur de sel
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 150g semi-salted butter
  • 2 eggs

How to prepare :

Mix all dry ingredients. Melt the butter. Stir in eggs and mix together.  Bake for 18 minutes at 200℃.
