This year together with our Nordic friends, Institut finlandais will participate in a Christmas market organized at La REcyclerie on Saturday, December 15th. During this one-day event, you can taste the Nordic delights, take part in various activities held for both children and adults and maybe find something to slip into Santa’s sack. Located in a former train station, this multifunctional space brings new ecological functions into practice.
In the Christmas market, Institut finlandais presents unique Nordic design from our current collection named “Juhlat” (‘Party’ in Finnish), exhibited through December 21st at Institut finlandais. We will have ceramic tableware by Leena Kouhia & Raaka Rå, wooden jewellery by Inni Pärnänen, textiles by Lapuan Kankurit and Veera Kulju, wooden objects by Yoshimasa Yamada and Antrei Hartikainen as well as candleholders by Snæbjörn Stefánsson.
